I have a VBA code that I have been using to copy and paste a range of data to the appropriate tab of the workbook based on the day of the month. It works great in excel but I need to re-create the workbook in google sheets and the VBA code no longer works.

Also, instead of giving a VBA script that users are expected to know both VBA and Apps Script, it would be helpful if you simply gave sample data and explanation of what you need done by the apps script.
