Question Formula to summarize entries of names

Hi , I would need some help to figure out the best formula that summarizes names that are not an exception and also a separate section that are an exception based on the overall list of names and the schedule entries of the names being typed on the red box section.
Please have a look at my template attached here.

I am currently working with the original template on excel 360 however will be uploading it onto google sheets conversion to share

    Hi pazmpulse,

I have created a Google Sheets version of your file.

    see here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...gid=2100307022

Can you give a clear, detailed, and logical description of the results you are trying to get?

Re: Formula to summarize entries of names

Thanks so much for your reply.
I am currently working on a schedule for the guys being sent on sites.
On a daily we would manually type the names of the members on the site (red box section).
Based on the red box area of names we input, I would the yellow box area to reflect on the "all names" list tab and instantly show the names that are not being used in the red box section (guys that are not on site that day).

I would intend to have those unused names to instantly appear consolidated in the yellow section"D5" with a "/" after each name of the members that are out.

This would make everything much easier for us to identify who is in and who is not working.

To make the IN names list:
Please Login or Register to view this content.
To make the OUT names list:
Please Login or Register to view this content.
To make the JOINED names list:
Please Login or Register to view this content.

Keeping things simple: With this solution you cannot use spaces between names because you are already using spaces between first and last name.

Re: Formula to summarize entries of names

One last question, is there a way to lock the conditional format only of the table/schedule ? I am currently sharing my sheet with other members and they have a habit of copying and pasting the text on the schedule. Unfortunately as they copy and paste the row, it overwrites the format of the table I applied. Is there a way to resolve this? The members I share the sheet with are not as tech savvy.

The only way to have formatting that is immune to the copy/paste issues is to use apps script to apply the formatting.
