Populating a Meeting Agenda Sheet From Weekly Schedule Sheet

I have a Google Sheet with three tabs:

• Members
• Schedule
• Agenda

We use the schedule sheet to create meeting role assignments (data validated based on members sheet). We want to then use a pull down to choose an applicable date (see C1 in the Agenda sheet) and then have that populate the agenda sheet for the meeting specified by that chosen meeting date.

Here is a copy of the spreadsheet - Copy of Meeting and Agenda Planner.xlsx

Trying to find the right function in the agenda list so that the right meeting roles and meeting agenda appear in Column C (Agenda Sheet) based the date selected.

In the future, new meetings will be scheduled creating new columns to the right of those already in the Schedule tab

Trying to find the best way to do this but struggling.

You said you were working with Google Sheets, but you have attached an Excel workbook. Can you please clarify your platform so we can give you an appropriate solution?

The prohibition is against posting a clickable link. If you remove the "https://" part it should accept it, then people have to copy and paste it into their browser address bar. The reason we prohibit it for new users is that we get a lot of hit-and-run spam with links to commercial or illegal sites, and it's one way to block that kind of spam.
