Pull information from a table to autopopulate another sheet

Hey Guys I'm hoping you can help out.

I am trying to create an autopopulated Weekly Crew Work Sheet to send to our Foremen that will come from the Daily Crew Work Sheets that are being entered. The Dailies for all of our worksites are being entered in one table. Our weekly sheets will be organized by site and then by Work Order #. So I will be trying to pull all of the data from that site and Work Order. How do I pull this information considering:
A B C D E F
Work Date Bid Item # Activity Work Order Shop Production
14-Jul-2014 1801 Pot Hole Patching 72-920 Boston 400
14-Jul-2014 1801 Pot Hole Patching 73-950 Boston 700

I want to put into this order for each site, starting with Boston:
Work Order Number Item# Work Date Bid Item Production
