Pull a row of data for a specific test and student into new sheet

I have a sheet tab names for each test name. The columns across have the question number, the rows down have the student names.

I want to take the information above to make another sheet where I can do the following:
-Pull the name of the test and the name of the student from a list
-Then, using the name of the test and student name selected, I would like to pull all of the question responses just for that student and just for that test.
-I also want the data that is listed in a row on the original class test sheets to populate vertically down a column, rather than in a row (as it is presented in the first sheet since I have placed the question numbers going vertically and I want the scores for a given test and a given student to read from top to bottom.)
