Multiple Criteria VBA IF & LookUp

Hi Guys,

Im am trying to make a code that can help me automate the making of contracts. I think my code is almost done, but needs a little bit of help to complete the first step.

I want the code to read "Status" of a Tenant (Ative or Terminated) And the Apartment code. When both criteria has been met, i would like the could to post the personal information, arranged by tentant. In this case I would like it to be "Batman, with the favorite color Black and Barbie Girl with the favorite color Pink).

The problem is that the code only returns the Batman data, and not the Barbie Girl data. Can you guys help me? This is my very first VBA project!
