Hello - urgent help needed

I am trying to create an interface with numerous layers of data and need help.

Data is organised by type, year and quarter (1-4).

So far I have created 3 drop down menus for each layer of data. I have created a formula which allows me to select a the type of data I wish to show, and then select year 2018/19, and it will give me the values for that.

I am stuck now on how to be able to influence the third layer of this data, and sort this by quarters.

Then following that, I am stuck how to influence data in the same cells but for different years/different types and different quarters.

For Example:

Drop down 1: Sort by Business Type
Drop down 2: 2018/19
Drop down 3: Quarter 4

Then change so:
Drop down 1: Sort by Business Type
Drop down 2: 2017/18
Drop down 3: Quarter 1-3

And data is displayed accordingly.
