Hello I am trying to getting deep in my MS Excel skills on this way I have found some threats I will share also I would like to receive some advices if I got stucked in some job.

I am trying to figure out next function; =J16+((SUM(J15:S15)/COUNTA(J15:S15))*0.975), the main issue I faced up is the value for calculation comes from other formula,=IF(Table723[SubGroup]="Subgroup1",STDEV.S($T4:$AC4),J15).

Bottom line how to get "real number values from initial cell".

I would really appreciated his expert input to solve this tricky problem.
