I need help with completing my rent package

NEED HELP

Please see attached my rent package which has taken me 5 month to create. I've got no experience in excel until what I just done.

I'm looking to see if someone can update my package with a User friendly dashboard

The Dashboard could be userform to allow to add a new Tenant, remove existing Tenant, Add payment allowing to set Date (monthly only).
It would be nice to notify user with arrears for each property and end of EPC, Gas Cert and Insurance.

Also in the Arrears column i feel i haven't calculated the formula correctly. It should be Whatever rent amount due - rent paid - HB Paid. It should only show previous arrears and not future. For example if we are in march then only show arrear upto March

Would nice to have is a Insight page that shows loss in a line chart for each property

To update your rental package with a convenient dashboard, you will need to create a custom form. This will allow you to add/remove tenants, make payments and track debts. Correct the formula for the Debt column to show only past debt. Add an analytics page with loss line charts for each property. This will make your package more functional and informative.

Unfortunately I don’t know how to create forms and link them. I just need help if you could start me off with a basic user form that can add rent payments and show arrears.
