% based on subtotal (on top)

    Dear Friends,

    PFA the working file.

Is there any formula which can calculate the value mentioned in col H and K.

Doing this exercise manually is very time consuming when data is huge.

    Please assist.

    Perhaps in H10 =IF(RIGHT(C10,5)<>"Total",G10/LOOKUP(2,1/(RIGHT($C$1:C9,5)="Total"),$G$1:G9),"")

    in K10 =IF(RIGHT(C10,5)<>"Total",H10*LOOKUP(2,1/(RIGHT($C$1:C9,5)="Total"),$J$1:J9),"")
