    Date Calculation

    Hello,
    Given this formula: (Year - Year) + (Month - Month)/12 + (Day - Day)/365
    with these input dates- 1/1/2015 and 10/2/1965.
    How do I go about this subtraction

    Excel has YEAR(), MONTH() and DAY() functions which return the appropriate integers from dates. But since we don't know exactly what you are dealing with, you may have to lookup the DATEVALUE() function as well.
