Changing Multiple Table Headers with Power Query in Excel

    Hi,

I have been working on some data I imported from a PDF to Excel workbook using Power Query. The problem I ran into is that the PDF file has a large table with 30 pages, which breaks this single table into 30 individual tables after importing the PDF to Excel using power query, having random headers for each table. This creates a problem, especially if I want to append all these tables together into one consolidated table.

I wanted to know if there is any workaround to have all the tables with similar headers i.e. Column 1 "DATE," Column 2 "Category," Column 3 "Score," Column 4 "No. of Invitations," & Column 5 "Issued NOC" using power query?

Any assistance regarding solving the problem would be greatly appreciated!

For reference, I've attached the PDF file and the workbook I have been working on.

    Best Regards,

    Mehdi

Unfortunately, the worksheet cannot retain the data from the power query when the file directory changes - in this case, it has lost the query data since the file directory has been changed.

Could you please check by importing the PDF file into an excel workbook? Unfortunately, because of this drawback in the power query, I was unable to attach a cut-off version of the worksheet
