When I opened Excel 365 this morning, it looked differently. Aside from some other small difference (scroll bar, etc), one big notable change is that Quick Access Toolbar has been move from top to bottom. Initially I thought it disappeared (and tried to re-add them), but it is still in the setting (then I realize Quick Access Toolbar is at the bottom).
How can I more Quick Access Toolbar to the top again? It also happens to Word 365.

Below the listbox on the left in the pic you posted there are some options. A dropdown will allow you to move the QAT above the Ribbon and one of the checkboxes will allow you to remove the label/words from the icons.
