Is there anyway of doing a checkout on excel on office 365 via macro or something.

Hi

I know that you can do a checkout on a excel file on office 365 so you have exclusive access and I know how to do it manually.

Is there anyway that it can be set up so when someone opens it and it not checked out it checks it out and gives them access and when they close , it checks back in?
