Please mock up expected results. Don't give us an empty sheet - fill it in manually to show what you want.
Has this data been desensitised, or are these real people? If the latter, then we have data protection issues - please edit the workbook to desensitise the data.

Maybe this:
=CHOOSECOLS(FILTER('Numbers of Teachers Complete'!$A$5:$S$22,'Numbers of Teachers Complete'!$S$5:$S$22=$B$9),8)
changing the red 8 to correspond to the correct column. Done for Name and DoB. If there are data Protection laws in PK, you DO need to anonymise the sample sheet.

Do we need to remove your attachment? Please read and respond to our concerns.
That is not original data or any one personal data so it doesn't matter if it remains on the forum but if yours rules do not allow then you can remove
It's only important if there are data protection laws in YOUR country. In the EU publishing a sheet like this, with real names DoB, etc of EU citizens would be illegal.
