Using excel as a data base with a form to fill in

Hi all

I want to create a form for a repetitive data collection task ( up to 4 times a day), really I want to create a home page where the user can search previous added forms and create new ones is this possible?

Hi Rob,

As a description of the problem you wish to solve, that is very brief. Perhaps you could expand a little? Maybe supply a sample of the data you're working with (anonymise sensitive info if necessary).

This bit will especially need some further clarification:
"really I want to create a home page where the user can search previous added forms"
