    Reply with Template...

    Outlook 2010.

Simple thing I need to do. Save a number of .oft template files to a network share, so that anyone in the department can access them to reply to support questions. There needs to be a quick way to access these too, so I don't have to hunt down the file path each time.

I have no problems using templates to create NEW emails. I have no problems using QuickParts to insert "templates" into replies. I do have problems with inserting a template of my choosing into the body of a reply email.

I can't setup rules to determine which template to use. Each request is different and therefore require various templates.

TL;DR - How do I tell Outlook to insert a saved block of text that my co-workers can also access from the same location?
