    Speeding up an Outlook macro

Hello, I have a VBA macro in my Outlook, which takes around 60 minutes to process around 45k emails. I was wondering, whether there is a way to somehow speed it up. I'd be very grateful for some suggestions? Many thanks. Here's the code

It might be possible to squeeze a little more performance out of this, but that's a rate of 0.08 seconds per email. For the processing you are doing, which includes file operations, that seems pretty fast to me.

Your code would be easier to read if you cleaned up the indentation. It's hard to tell what If statement is inside what For loop is inside what If statement.
