How to add hyperlink to a forwarded email?

I found a code and modified it for myself. This code forwards selected email and appends my message on top it. Code also formats my message and keeps the original html format.
However, I couldn't add a hyperlink to a link in my message.
\\hmbds01\SEDDK_OEDB\TALİ İŞLER\TALEPLER\Talep Takip Sistemi.xlsm that's the part that I want to link since its a local file and it has spaces, receivers take the email with a broken link until the first space.
How can I tell vba that, this is a link.
