Customer Agenda to Timesheet view help if possible

    Good morning all,
After some searching around on this site I cannot find what I need to do. I am basically trying to create a weekly class timetable that can be edited on a printable daily "Agenda tab View" that will correspond onto the day of the "Timetable tab view". I am unsure about the best way to go about this as there can be up to 10 lessons in a day, each starting at a different time.

I so far have managed to create the agenda view, where you can hide and show if the course is on, and the timetable view (that you can edit intervals and start times) However I am having trouble into passing it into the Timetable tab view table from the Agenda view, please see attached. Any help would be fantastic!

The end goal here is to have 5 printable Agenda sheets for the week, with a timetable tab corresponding with all the 5 days of timetable.

Thank you again for any help you have to offer and the best practice for this.

    Welcome!

Instead of an image (nobody is going to recreate all that to help you!), attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Many contributors are not able to view .png files on this Forum due to software incompatibilities with some browsers. It would be better to attach a sample Excel workbook.

To do this, click on Go Advanced (below the Edit Window) while you are composing a reply, then scroll down to and click on Manage Attachments and the Upload window will open. Click on Browse and navigate to (and double-click) the file icon that you want to attach, then click on Upload and Close this Window to return to the Edit window. When you have finished composing your post, click on Submit Post.

Are you expecting the cells to merge automatically, or is it sufficient to have the details in the first and second cells of the time slot, for example? What is the minimum length of a session possible?

Hello, thank you for taking the time to look at this.

Ideally I would like them to merge appropriately from there start and end time, however I do not know if this is possible. I cannot think of another way of doing this. The idea is to have an easy to modify Agenda for users to input there day, and the back end Timetable for admin purposes, any help is greatly appreciated, thanks

Merged cells are always going to be problematic in these cases. I have an inkling that you might need a VBA solution for this, with which I am unable to help - sorry.

Changing the layout might make it possible to do what you want using formulae.
