Commercial Service? What is it?

I recently subscribed to Commercial Service so that I can try to get help on the below. Anyone know how that works or where I am supposed to post it? I've had it for a little over a week now and cannot figure out who or where to post to get information on how to utilize it...I have messaged Admins asking, with no responses, so I may be doing that wrong as well. I don't know, but if anyone can assist me/ point in the right direction, it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

No .. you didn't miss it. IT ISN'T PUBLISHED WHERE USERS CAN EASILY FIND IT.

I had to do a "google search".

Seems to me if you are going to offer Commercial Services ... it should be easier to locate and utilize.
