I want to add a Signature to my profile, but if I click via My Settings Edit Signature, i received the following Error-message:
Fatal error: Declaration of vB_SignatureParser::parse($text) must be compatible with vB_BbCodeParser::parse($text, $forumid = 0, $allowsmilie = true, $isimgcheck = false, $parsedtext = '', $parsedhasimages = 3, $cachable = false, $htmlstate = null) in /home/eforum/public_html/includes/class_sigparser.php on line 146
Am I doing something wrong?

Not sure if you are doing something wrong or not. We recently changed servers, so that "may" have something to do with it - I will report this to teh tech team.

When I click Edit signature, the above error keeps appearing and I can't add a 'signature' to my posts.

What do you mean by "can't see this"? Please be more detailed.

You would only see it in your first post to a thread.
You are going to need to provide screenshots to illustrate what you mean.
Can you update your profile to use the version of Excel that you currently have, please? Power BI is useful, but only seconadry information. Thanks.

We are one step further:
There is no more error message when you click on Edit Signature (reported in Post #1).
Now another error occurs when you try to upload a signature..
Maybe it would be helpful if the technical team also responds in this thread?
I haver asked the tech team to respond here - they keep using me as their middle man!!! I do try.

Thanks for the feedback.
No it is not sorted now.
I still retrieve the error "path can not be empty on line 1430" (see post #23) when I tried to upload a signature png file.
My account didn't have a signature yet. So there is no need to replace an old signature file.
In my case only a new signature file needs to be added to my account.
I have pushed this to the TT
Now fixed !! Please check once !!

My signature-file has been uploaded, but does not appear in my post yet.
What else do I need to do for that?
Your signature will only appear in your first post to a thread - try starting a test thread in the Development Testing forum.

Are you sure? Your signature will ONLY appear in the FIRST post by you in a thread.
O only in the first post of a tread, where you added the signature.
That signature is visible. I assume that this has now been properly resolved.
