    some embedded images doesn't display

    I often use this icon to attach images to my text:
    Immagine 2022-10-11 111020.jpg

    Some times however the image is not displayed, I just see it like this:
    Immagine 2022-10-11 110821.jpg

    Can you tell why does this happen?
