Unanswered Threads - different topic :)

I have noticed recently, when I view the list of Unanswered Threads for, say, yesterday, I get a list of x out of y ... in the example posted, 13 of 15, but no next page link. Clearly, it hasn't reached the page limit so it's not that.

    Any thoughts

    Regards, TMS

Hi Arlette. For me, it is consistently wrong. Right now, yesterday's unanswered threads list shows 1 to 15 of 19 with no next page link ... But it should get all 19 on the page anyway.

Can you try logging out and back in again?

    Or maybe even clear cache?

Logged out, logged back in again. Now 1 to 17 of 21 but no page link and, again, they should all be listed.

I see same thing as TMS: 1 to 20 of 24 but no more pages.

Maybe my screen/settings are different, but I get 1-31, with all 31 being shown?

I checked this with a non-admin account and it works fine as well.

    Anyone else facing this issue?

Re: Unanswered Threads - different topic :)

Hmm, i just clicked on Unanswered Threads -> From Yesterday and saw 1 to 33 of 33 and these 33 include 1 Commercial Service thread and 7 Reported Posts and 25 regular threads.

So ideally you guys (Holger and TMS) should see 1 to 26 of 26 because you cannot see the Reported Posts. So i think the system is not excluding the count of reported threads from that total count of 33.

But this is just my rough estimation. Let me move it forward to the tech team again and see what they say.

    Hi, Arlette,

if you approach the Tech Team you might consider to widen the scope for Gurus concerning the CSF for unanswered threads as well as updates. I know neither the best place to put that in and a "hijack" - I really feel sorry about that.
