Adding to existing thread

Hello,

So I know for the future, if I have an open thread, and want to add a file to it what do I have to do as I can't see
where to add an attachment once the thread is created?

If you click on the edit button & then scroll down & click the Manage Attachments link

I had a go yesterday, found edit ok, but couldn't see the manage attachments, but it had been one of those days.
