Macro: Updating all links from Excel in Word at once?

Hi guys. I have a word document containing 100+ links from an Excel document. The problem is that the links are not automatically updating (which is evidently a common problem). I have made sure that my documents are set up to automatically update, but it still doesn't work. They only way to update them is to right click each and every value in the Word document and click "update link".

Since I have so many of these links, and I have two frequently update these values, updating each individual link takes a lot of time. One way around this problem is to write a macro that would automatically update each excel-linked value at once. Unfortunately, I'm a brand new beginner in the world of VBA.

Does someone macro code that they could share?
