I'm working on a mail merge for a letter to clients that is supposed to include the amount they have withdrawn so far this calendar year. When first pulling the information from the spreadsheet, the format will post as "1234.56" and I have to change the format using Toggle Field Codes to \# $,#.00 in order for the information to post as "$1,234.56".
The problem I have right now is for those who have not withdrawn anything and so they are supposed to pull in as "$0.00", however they are currently pulling in as "$.00". What do I need to change in order to get "$0.00" without risking the loss of the format for "$1,234.56"?
