Not entirely sure if I should have put this thread in the outlook section.

After a bit of advise that going beyond the 'formatting & general'

At work we have a number of shared outlook calendars, so people in the department can book rooms for meetings, fleet vehicles etc.

Which up until now hasn't been an issue, people book what they need and it works, however recently my department has become the custodian to a number of vehicles, which again might not be an issue.

However the business manager would like my department to cost code the vehicle usage to each department.

My thought was to create a word booking sheet that users could email to us, then we could click a button to automatically enter it into the shared calendar.

I know it's pretty broad, I have limited experience in VBA, any advise would be greatly appreciated.
