Automatically Increase Request No. by One Upon Printing

    Hi All!

I'm hoping that this Macro wont be too difficult to code, but I've been trying to create a macro that will increase the Request Number Sequentially by 1...Starting at "00001" Attached i have the document, and I've highlighted the area where i would need the Request Number shown...If the document can be saved after each time it is printed then when it is reopened and reprinted it can start where it left off at....

    I appreciate any help given!

See, for example: http://www.msofficeforums.com/word/7...html#post34444. The attachment increments a counter each time a new document is created from the template.
