Access Query giving blank data results

Hello,

I have a table of data imported (below). ***Access file in attached in this thread**

I am now trying to make a query bad on all 3 tables, using the 4 fields selected. When I run the query, I get no data results. Why? How to fix?

Pictures are of little value. Honestly, no one wants to re-type your data to try and solve your issue. Additionally, we would only be guessing at how your data was structured, ie. formulas, formatting, etc. Additionally, due to how some browsers behave, many of our members cannot see uploaded pictures/images. Please do not take this route.

Please attach a sample file that represents what you have. The structure of your attachment should be the same structure as your actual data. Any proprietary information should be changed.

You will need to zip your file for it to upload as it is an Access file and not an excel. I suspect but cannot confirm that you need Primary IDs for each table and Foreign IDs that will link to each other.

As suspected. you have not created any relationships between the tables. For the cars in the Car Table, you need a foreign key to link it to the owners in the owners table. In the rentals table, you need to create a relationship between the cars and the renters. So another Foreign ID is needed in that table that links to the renter. Once you have your relationships, then you can join the tables on the primary keys and the foreign keys.

The attachment feature in this forum is non functional. So....I cannot view what you have posted. Suggest you repost your sample DB as that is what I can analyze
