Pivot: Retrieving Other Columns from the same row that has minimum value

    Hello,
If one you experts could enlighten me if the below is possible using a pivot or the the best way to do it.

    My Excel is as follows:

    1) I have created a pivot table where one of the value is minimum of a "Rate". So far, so good.
    2) Is there a way I can access other column values from the same row "MIN" value was picked up from ? Or I have do a VLOOKUP & INDEX ?

Attached is my excel that has sample data and what I need.

    Appreciate any help.

I used value filters in the PivotTable and selected the "Bottom 1" item. I can't get rid of the duplicates and order is different. Let me know if this helps, I'll keep working it.

Thanks BrownBoy. You answer was definitely an improvement on what I had :-). Could you please explain how you get to the Row labels as columns in the Pivot ?

I used the tabular format option. Click in the pivot table and then use the following steps:

"Design" tab > "Report Layout" > "Show in Tabular Form"

Make sure you remove subtotals if excel calculates them. Also do this:

"Design" tab > "Report Layout" > "Repeat All Item Labels"
