Count unique values in pivot table - excel 2010

Hi,

I have data set up like the example but then for 1797 lines.

D39BK Yes
D39BK Yes
D39BK Yes
D39BK Yes
GHFLB No
R80FA No
R80FA No
R80FA No
R80FA No
R80FA No
R80FA No
CZ1PB Yes
CZ1PB Yes
C64BA No
C64BA No

What I need to get in a pivot table is: two columns or rows (Yes / No) and the unique count of the code.
In this case is should show Yes: 2 and No: 3

Can anyone help me? I can add helper columns to the sheet if needed.

not very clear on what you want to do
you want to count unique values
so from that list only GHFLB will be counted?

thanks for your reply, sorry if I wasn't clear.
What I need to get is something like this:

Received Number codes
No 3
Yes 2

I guess I already figured out how to do it, by adding a helper column to the sheet with following formula:

In the pivot table you can then select to show the sum of the helper column.
