How to count unique values in Pivot Table

I have a table that contains
USER_NAME, USER_DEPARTMENT, REPORT_NAME and REPORT_RUN_DAY

I created a pivot table as shown in the attached Picture, however for each record (row) it is counting as 1, I want to count unique number of employees for each department and unique number of reports each employee runs.

Any help would be appreciated.
