Create line graph
Right click on graph and do 'NO FILL'.
Background give red color lines for cells.
reduce the column width to 2.25
Remove axes, data labels and grid lines.

I would suggest, then, that you explain to us in detail what your requirements are for a "mind-blowing" chart. An ECG is going to be some kind of line or scatter chart with various formats applies to the different chart elements. Are you familiar with the formatting dialogs for the different chart elements? If not, that will likely be a good place to start.

I would suggest that you upload a sample file. Include a "non-mind-blowing" chart of the data, with an explanation of what changes need to be made to make it "mind-blowing".
