Hello. I have a number of Pivot tables working however the staff that use them find it complicated to 'change source data' to ensure the newly entered data is captured.

I tried to record a Macro with me simply doing just that but it doesn't work! Is there something I'm missing?

I simply recorded me going into 'Options' on PivotTable Tools, change source data then once in Raw data clicked Ctrl A to select all data and click ok. The stopped the macro recording.

Inserted a button and linked to newly named macro but it doesn't work!!!

Any advice?
