    2D rectangles and 3D cuboids

    Hello Folks,

    I'm wondering if this is as easy as describing it is. Based on two (height and width) or three (height, width and depth) variables , I'd like 2D and 3D structures populated as in the attachment.

    Not really a solution, but I reckon you could do this with an xy graph, take a look at this workbook by Andy: http://www.andypope.info/charts/3drotate.zip

    It's a bit mindblowing

    Cheers Kyle. I did see that and that did blow my mind too

    I couldn't figure out how to apply that approach to this issue. I need to study Andy's file a bit more I reckon.

    I think you will have more success manipulating shapes with VBA rather than try to chart it.
    The problem with using charts is overcoming the category axes limitations.
