Help to plot time scatter graph to monitor call center agent

In a "divide and conquer" sense, I see a few steps to this.

1) Filter, pivot, or otherwise extract the needed information from the database sheet.
2) Arrange this data in the spreadsheet in a way that is suitable for the chart to be created.
3) Create chart

Since this is posted in the "charting" forum, I will assume that you are able to figure out steps 1 and 2.

My first thought for the chart is that it will be some variation of a "Clustered and stacked" bar chart. I would suggest that you review this tutorial: http://peltiertech.com/clustered-sta...mn-bar-charts/ until you understand how he creates this type of chart. You will want to pay particular attention to how he arranges the data in the spreadsheet, as that, IMO, is a key element of creating this type of chart.
