Calculated Field in Pivot Table - stumped

Hey - Trying to use a Calculated field in a pivot table to format my cells. For example if account number 7241972, needs to display to a full 10 digits adding the leading zeros (which I have accomplished). However if the value is zero it's still showing up as the full 10 digits with leading zero's as such 0000000000 and it needs to be blank.
Below is the formula that is currently being used.
=IF('LOAN NUMBER'<>0,TEXT('LOAN NUMBER',"0000000000"),TEXT('LOAN NUMBER',""))
