How can I put the Frequency of Something Per Month In Bar Graph

Hello,

I'm trying to make a certain bar graph but can't quite figure out how to get there. My first column is Month and I want it to be on the horizontal axis. My 2nd column is tiers 1-3 (a tier is assigned to a company, tier 1 the best, tier 3 the worst, i.e. January we received a request from a tier 1 company). I have provided an image in the attachment if I'm not making sense. What I'm trying to do is let's say I got 3 requests from tier 3 companies and got a 2 requests from tier 1 companies, 0 requests from tier 2 companies. How can I plot that on a graph. Month would be the horizontal axis, the tier of the company would be the bar (bar color defines if it is tier 1,2, or 3) and then the vertical axis would be the frequency of tiered companies in that month. Any help would be awesome. The picture is attached and shows the data.

Have a look at the attached. Is this anything like what you mean?

Using COUNTIFS I've created a table from your data and then plotted the chart from that.
