Bold Horizontal line need to be plotted

Hello Friends

Please find the attached file (Bold Horizontal line need to be plotted.xlsx).

In Secondary axis I need to create a bold horizontal line for 0, +1 and -1.

This may or may not be helpful. I changed the chart type to a line chart with markers, then modified the instructions found in this article to make horizontal lines that are tied to the secondary axis.
