Stacked Chart with change between two Bars

Dear All,

I am desperate

I am trying to find out how I could manage to visualize the reason for the difference between Actual stacked bar Chart vs. Budgeted Values. I am was thinking of visualizing the difference between the Actual/Budgeted with a waterfall Kind of style, but can not figure it out how to do it

Has somebody an idea how? Attached the worksheet...

I would be extremley thankful if you could help me. All my hair is falling out because of this..
