help on recreating graph

Hi I have been sent a document and asked to recreate the attached graph, but its been embedded as a picture and not linked to the original excel data and I have never seen this type of graph before.

Any help on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.

This looks like a stock chart

It looks to me like a line chart, where error bars have been added and each data series has been formatted to have no lines and no markers. I would guess that the error bars have been formatted with a custom setting and linked to cells on the sheet.
