Using Pivot Tables with 2 Different Date Variables x 2

Hello,

I couldn't really describe this in an "Easy" language, as my first language is not English, but I'm having some trouble using Date as variables.

So I have this data set:

Notice that everyone buys Product #1, but not everyone bought Product #2.

From this, we get our regular pivot table:

Now, what's the problem?

I can't change the dates at will! What if I want to do any dates between 1/1 and 2/28 for Product 1 purchase dates? Yeah, on a small data set we can individually uncheck based on filter, but on a big data set that won't be possible.

I added two columns in which you can test purchase dates and if they are in the range of dates that you desire then the sold amount is the same, else is zero.

Really the column with 'ok' is not needed and it's possible to remove.
