Just a warning first: My native Language is not English, so there might be some bad grammar in this thread.
My case is like this: I work in a blood bank, and I have been given the task of making a spreadsheet for both registration and presentation of what we have in stock. Several people (some with little knowledge about Excel) will use the spreadsheet, so it must be very intuitively. We use Excel 2013. My main problems is to find a way to easily choose bloodtype to be shown in the diagram. The only way I can think of is to choose from "values" in the pivotmenu. The problem then is that the colour of the graph is depending on witch order they have been selected, and not their content. I would like the graph for B+ to always be green, and 0+ to be blue. Is there a way to fix this? Or perhaps a completely different way to approch the issue on?
