Normal Clock Chart with Needles

Hello Guys. I'm new to this forum and hoping you can help me with this.
I'm working on some dashboards for a call center and want to show specific times on a Clock.

I managed to create those fancy speedometers with dials but cannot create a simple Clock pie chart (analog clock) with 2 needles.
I want to the chart to simply show the time I enter in a specific cell. That's all.
