Volume-Open-High-Low-Close

I have the following data for each of 7 countries: the number of pupils in school A, the change (increase or decrease) over the last period(vis a vis last month), the average change for the entire period, the biggest change for the entire period, the smallest change for the entire period, one standard deviation above the mean, one standard deviation below the mean (SD of changes).

I want to plot a Volume-Open-High-Low-Close like chart, with Volume-for the number of pupils, Open-one standard deviation below the mean, High-the biggest change , Low-the smallest change , Close-one standard deviation above the mean, AND ALSO plot the number for the change over the last period on the wick.

I have attached the sheet. I created the chart but can't plot the number for change over the last period on the wick. Plus, it would be perfect if I plot the wick not on the bar but next to the bar and also add the average change number.
