Create line chart with multiple axis

hi everyone,

Please have a look at the enclosed data set and .png of the desired outcome I'd like to get.

How do I achieve that? I have been playing around with Primary and Secondary Axis, but I cannot achieve the desired result.

A pivot chart would be the simplest method I think.
