Need uregnt help to align gridelines with axis values in bubble chart

    Need uregnt help to align gridelines with axis values in bubble chart

    As you can see, the countries in the axis don't align with the grid lines and the bubbles in the chart, any tips about how to solve that?
    Also, how to color the bubbles in 3 colours based on their size. Most attractive, medium and low.
    Thanks for your help. It is very urgent!!!
