Slicer, filtering by color from conditional formatting

Hello, hope it is the right place to ask.

I want to add a slicer, that filters one pivot table based on some conditional formatting. I.e. based on different criteria the whole table gets color coded, so i want to navigate easy using a slicer with 5 different colors instead of tons of filters.

    Thanks.

No, a specific slicer. One that use the color coding from conditional formatting in a pivot table. In short, i have a big pivot table, which based on different conditions/filters breaks into 5 groups, color formatted. Is there a way to add slicer that use that formatting instead of cell content?

Hi!! Has there been a solution to this question ? I too am looking to create a specific slicer that uses the color coding generated by conditional formatting in a pivot table.
In short, I have a large pivot table with three (3) different date range criteria (<=TODAY, =TODAY + 31, =TODAY + 180) used to color format a due date field. Is there a way to add a slicer that uses that formatting instead of cell content?
