Sample Point X - Pass - Caution - Fail - No Test (Data Charted)

    Greetings all,

Im currently conducting some tests on some equipment at my site and i wish to create a visual chart to show performance of cleaning in those areas.

Sample Points are labelled as A,B,C etc but are not always tested each month,

When i get the results of the tests (which are many) i review them and will assign a Pass, caution, Fail or no test to the data.

some months no test would be applied to sample points that are not scheduled for testing and as such i would like to display the results in the form of a chart for the whole year....

Im not really sure what kind of chart to use but would like it to be obvious visually the result of each sample points result PASS Fail etc.

i dont care if its pie or bar chart etc and kind of like the look of a stacked horizontal char but am completely useless at this type of thing.

If anyone can help me and provide and example i would be forever indebted to you..

    Thank you in advance

    Dave.

I'd recommend you upload sample raw data of how you track your tests. With enough sample to demonstrate your need.

And what story should the data visualization tell to those looking at it? (ex: is it overview of pass/fail rates? Is it to identify which site has most fail rate? etc).
